This site does not ask you to create an account, and it does not use advertising cookies. If you send a message through one of the forms (the contact form, the celebrity inquiry form, or the media kit request), I receive what you typed: your name, your email address, your message, and any optional fields you filled in. I use it to reply to you and for nothing else. I do not sell or rent personal information to anyone.
Form submissions go straight to my inbox at info@southstreetsam.com, delivered by Cloudflare, which also hosts the site. Cloudflare sees the technical information any web server sees, such as IP addresses and browser type, in order to deliver the pages and protect against abuse. Visitor statistics come from Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts page views in aggregate without cookies or personal identifiers, and from Google Analytics, which uses cookies to tell returning visitors from new ones and to report where visitors come from. Some pages embed videos from YouTube and posts from Instagram. When those load, YouTube (Google) and Instagram (Meta) may set cookies or collect data according to their own privacy policies, as they would if you visited them directly.
The gear page includes affiliate links to B&H Photo. If you click one and buy something, B&H may pay me a small commission at no additional cost to you, and B&H may use a cookie to record that you came from this site. B&H's privacy policy governs what happens on their site.
This site does not respond to Do Not Track signals. If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new date.
